Dirk Denoyelle (Roeselare, October 2, 1964) is a Flemish comedian who gained fame as an impersonator on the one hand, and a creator of works of art using LEGO bricks.

Denoyelle lived in Ukkel (Brussels) until his studies brought him to Leuven. He obtanied a Masters of Electronics Engineering at the Catholic University of Leuven in 1987, after which he worked for a time at IMEC. He completed his military service and briefly worked as a freelance journalist. Since 1991, he has worked full-time as a comedian. He quickly became known as a voice impersonator thanks to his stage performances and appearances on public radio and TV. Over the years, he has expanded his repertoire to include sketches and songs, often featuring political and socially critical elements.

In 1996 he performed at the opening of the new Flemish parliament building in Brussels. As an impersonator he also had a guest role in 1992 in the episode "Kiescampagne" of the third season of the Flemish comedy series FC De Kampioenen. In 1994, Denoyelle, pianist Kris De Jean, bassist Jo Francken, and drummer Peter Kil created the show "De Stemmen Ge(s)temd" (The Voices Temed), a musical fairytale that toured Flanders for two seasons.

The collaboration with Kris De Jean endured several lineup changes, and from 2003 onward, Dirk and Kris formed a permanent duo, performing under the name "The Edgy Engineers" in Dutch, English, French, Danish, Spanish, and German. Since Kris De Jean's sudden death in December 2020, Dirk has performed solo, primarily for companies and conferences.

Denoyelle began projects with LEGO bricks in the late 1990s. He built around thirty heads of famous Flemish and international stars, which have appeared in exhibitions. In 2009, Dirk received the exclusive label of "LEGO Certified Professional."

He was the second European and the seventh in the world to receive this quality mark. Since 2018, he and his team at Amazings have dedicated themselves to creating artworks for exhibitions. Exhibitions have included Kortrijk EXPO, the Antwerp Trade Fair, and Koksijde. The Science & Stones exhibition, focusing on the environment and climate, was developed in collaboration with Technopolis and was hosted by the Belgian Royal Palace in the summer of 2022.

In May 2025, the world premiere of Bricks of Wonder took place at the Westfield Mall of the Netherlands in Leidschendam. In 2021, Dirk appeared as a guest judge in the third episode of the second season of Lego Masters.

Denoyelle is the voice of Loebas in the Dutch version of the well-known Freddi Fish series. He can also be heard in the Flemish versions of the Harry Potter films as the voices of Hagrid, Voldemort, and Sirius Black; in the Flemish version of Toy Story 2 as the voice of Zurg; in the Flemish version of The Incredibles as The Underminer and Headmaster; and for the sequel, Incredibles 2, he returned as The Underminer.
