Team buildings with LEGO bricks are always fun. In most cases clients want them to enhance team spirit and create a feeling of positivity and togetherness. But they can also hint at problem solving, using the principles of LEGO Serious Play.
We first listen carefully to our clients’ needs, propose one of our well-tested formula's - or we develop a new one together.
Some sessions are straightforward and focused on achieving a result: build a city or a mosaic together. Other sessions dig deeper: they are playful ways to enhance creative thinking and brain storming productivity.
The metaphors of the models function as a basis for group discussion and solution finding.
Sessions can take from a few hours to half a day.
Groups up to 200 people, sometimes 500, can be catered.
